What we store and why

When you buy, book or send a form, we store your name, email and phone number, and your address if something is to be shipped to you. We use this to deliver what you have bought or booked and to reply to you. If you tell us about injuries or health in coaching, we only use it to adapt your training, and only with your consent.

How long we keep it

Purchases and payments are kept for seven years, as Swedish accounting law requires. Emails, forms and bookings are deleted after one year, and coaching data two years after the coaching has ended.

Who receives your data

We never sell your data. It is only handled by the services we need for payments, email and running the site. Some of them have servers in the United States and then follow EU rules for data transfers.

Cookies

The site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Stripe only sets the cookies needed for the payment at checkout.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data. If you think we handle it wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, imy.se.
