Barbell Built | Conjugate

This is a very basic conjugate program where a regular barbell is enough and you do not need to use bands or chains. All you need is a barbell, rack, bench, and weights. Also someone to spot you on box squats and help you pull up deadlifts, weight plates can work for that.

The program includes the four classic Westside-style sessions: Dynamic Effort Upper, Dynamic Effort Lower, Max Effort Upper, and Max Effort Lower, as well as the classic assistance exercises popularized by Westside.

The program consists of 7 weeks. The first 6 weeks are training, with the 6th week focusing on preparing for a meet/max out. The 7th week is just to build up for the competition/max out.
