Barbell Built Beginner

Barbell Built Beginner is designed for anyone who has never really trained with a barbell before. The program was created for all those who wanted to start training at home and invested in basic equipment. Of course, it also works well if you train at a fully equipped gym, but it is specifically made to function at home with minimal gear. You don’t need an established 1RM to start; you can begin your very first session completely fresh.

A good idea is to carefully review each exercise instruction and take your time to feel stable and comfortable with the movement. In the beginning, the most important thing is that the exercise feels safe and only slightly challenging, rather than very hard with inconsistent or shaky technique.
