Barbell Built | All Round – Express is a program designed for lifters with a background in strength training. You work with exercises aimed at building general, well-rounded strength. It is ideal for those who have trained seriously in the past but are now in a phase of life with less time for training. The exercises in the program are carefully selected to cover a lot of ground with high return. The structure of the sessions and exercise selection are optimized to make the training as time efficient as possible.

The program runs for five weeks, including one lighter deload week. That means four weeks of hard training and one week of easier work. For those who want to test their maxes, the program includes a session that guides you through max attempts. This session should take place a few days after the deload week is finished. The total training duration is five weeks, and with the max-out week added, you get an additional week including the days before and after the max attempts.
