1 Upper 1 Lower

1 Upper 1 Lower is a strength training program that includes one upper-body workout and one lower-body workout. The idea is that even if you have limited time or have prioritized other things, you can still complete a full upper-body session on one day and a full lower-body session on another.

The program consists of two sessions per week for four weeks, although it can just as easily be completed over three or four weeks depending on how much time you have.

The sessions alternate between upper and lower body, which allows you to train multiple days in a row without overloading the same muscle groups. So whether you manage more or fewer sessions in a given week, you’ll always be ready for the next workout.
