I’m Josef Eriksson, born in 1992, a lifelong strength athlete and coach. I discovered strength training at the age of nine and started competing at fourteen. Since my first competition in 2009, I’ve competed 58 times in powerlifting and bench press, earning multiple Swedish, European, and World Championship titles — including two European records. Alongside strength sports, I’ve also trained as a runner, achieving a personal best of 39:38 over 10 km.
I’ve been helping others train since I was twelve — from friends at the gym to elite athletes breaking world records. Over the years, I’ve coached a wide range of lifters and runners, from beginners to world champions. My approach combines technical precision, long-term development, and individualized programming.
